VšĮ “Mokausi Lietuvoje”, established by the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport of the Republic of Lithuania, has announced the introduction of centralized admission to non-formal education programs for children funded through NVŠ funding by some municipalities from September 1, 2026.

In cooperation with representatives of VšĮ “Mokausi Lietuvoje”, we have clarified the key aspects of the centralized admission process and NVŠ administration starting from September 1, and we provide you with the most important information below.

  1. A new unified platform, CPIS, has been created in Lithuania for the administration of NVŠ funding.
  2. From now on, parents will register themselves in CPIS, select the service provider and the group they wish to attend, and submit an application for NVŠ funding.
  3. The service provider confirms the application of the funding, after which the parents sign an agreement with the municipality directly through the CPIS platform.
  4. The service provider must create all groups in the CPIS platform in which they plan to accept participants using NVŠ funding.
  5. The service provider will have group links that they will be required to communicate to parents who wish to receive NVŠ funding. If a parent does not register in the CPIS platform, the NVŠ funding will not be granted.
  6. Regarding municipalities that will not join this process from September this year, VšĮ “Mokausi Lietuvoje” currently has no information.

Please note! From now on, the client will be able to cancel the funding at any time and request that the NVŠ funding be transferred to another service provider.

All attendance groups that will accept participants using NVŠ funding must be created in the CPIS system.

How can the Edufy platform help you comply with the new requirements?
Edufy has identified additional features that, once implemented, could help ensure timely communication, allowing a client who wishes to receive NVŠ funding and completes a registration form in the Edufy system to receive a link to the CPIS system.

We will continue our close cooperation with VšĮ “Mokausi Lietuvoje” to ensure that your day-to-day NVŠ administration experience is as smooth as possible within the scope of our capabilities. We have also proposed additional features to the VšĮ “Mokausi Lietuvoje” team that could improve the administration of NVŠ clients for service providers.

Wishing you a wonderful summer!

The Edufy Team
