Edufy has been improving its club and extracurricular activity business administration platform for five seasons now. During this time, we have identified and solved the following processes that require the most time and effort from administrators at the beginning of a new season:

Different registration links, allowing you to publish registrations for individual groups, specific branches, or the complete list of club groups.

Registering clients and assigning them to groups and services.

Communicating with clients via email and SMS messages.

Preparing and sending contracts to clients is a very time-consuming process.

Collecting all client signatures for contracts can be a tedious task.

Quickly collecting the first expected revenues of the season.

As we develop and improve the Edufy platform, we make sure that the key processes that consume valuable time and cause unnecessary stress are automated and completed on behalf of the club administrator.

Every month, our clubs provide us with valuable feedback and suggestions on what additional features could be developed.

We wish success to all the clubs using the Edufy platform!
