V\u0161\u012e \u201cMokausi Lietuvoje\u201d, established by the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport of the Republic of Lithuania, has announced the introduction of centralized admission to non-formal education programs for children funded through NV\u0160 funding by some municipalities from September 1, 2026.<\/p>\n

In cooperation with representatives of V\u0161\u012e \u201cMokausi Lietuvoje\u201d, we have clarified the key aspects of the centralized admission process and NV\u0160 administration starting from September 1, and we provide you with the most important information below.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A new unified platform, CPIS, has been created in Lithuania for the administration of NV\u0160 funding.<\/li>\n
  2. From now on, parents will register themselves in CPIS, select the service provider and the group they wish to attend, and submit an application for NV\u0160 funding.<\/li>\n
  3. The service provider confirms the application of the funding, after which the parents sign an agreement with the municipality directly through the CPIS platform.<\/li>\n
  4. The service provider must create all groups in the CPIS platform in which they plan to accept participants using NV\u0160 funding.<\/li>\n
  5. The service provider will have group links that they will be required to communicate to parents who wish to receive NV\u0160 funding. If a parent does not register in the CPIS platform, the NV\u0160 funding will not be granted.<\/li>\n
  6. Regarding municipalities that will not join this process from September this year, V\u0161\u012e \u201cMokausi Lietuvoje\u201d currently has no information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Please note! From now on, the client will be able to cancel the funding at any time and request that the NV\u0160 funding be transferred to another service provider.<\/p>\n

    All attendance groups that will accept participants using NV\u0160 funding must be created in the CPIS system.<\/p>\n
